With the integration of everyone in the system, a multitude of resources can be gained that can be used strategically to achieve goals. In order to reach a broad spectrum of different people on the outside, we need to live with a cultivated approach to diversity on the inside, which regards differences positively, appreciates them, supports them and professionally implements them. Managing diversity means making all those involved in the system capable of action and supporting them in using the existing diversity constructively.
