All actors concerned are involved in the change process. The personal responsibility of the employees is supported and there is a democratic instead of an autocratic decision-making process. In Teamcoaching we work according to demand on the communication and conflict culture. Time is created for change, a common aim is compiled, a process of development is introduced. We learn about contact with stress as well as how to manage relapse and to establish a plan for sustainability.
