All actors concerned are involved in the change process. The personal responsibility of the employees is supported and there is a democratic instead of autocratic decision-making process. In teamcoaching we work according to the demand on the communication and conflict culture, time is created for change, a common aim is compiled, a process of development is introduced, conact with stress is learned. We also establish a management plan for both relapse and sustainability.
