Central to process support is the development of a concept for holistic and participatory work processes.  The implementation of this concept is supported in a targeted and tailor-made manner. I offer skills and expertise to support the decision-maker throughout the process, coach the team and individual members, moderate roundtables, develop a new mission statement, design and execute workshops, and mediate in cases of conflict.
